In stock items are shipped within 48 hours of order placement. It takes approximately 1-2 weeks from receipt of your custom order. If a backorder on fabric is necessary, you will be contacted with a chance to re-select or cancel.
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this website. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of colors will be accurate. Samples are available upon request to assure selections meet your exact needs.
Sure. We'll need for you to give us the measurements. If you are not sure exactly how to measure, please give us a call or email us and we will walk you through it. The price will adjust accordingly.
No sales tax is charged when shipping outside the state of Alabama. Alabama residents pay 4% state sales tax. Baldwin County residents pay 7% sales tax.
Samples are available for purchase on our website for $1.50 each. All samples are mailed via USPS. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request samples.
Yes, however our website is not designed for this type of order. Please call or email us to place that order. All fabric is sold in full yard increments.
We stand behind our quality 100%. If you find a defect in workmanship or material, please give us a call and we will correct the problem as quickly as possible. Custom or monogrammable items are not available for return.
